汇川伺服 Modbus 寄存器大全:SV660 系列完整地址映射

以官方《SV660P Series Servo Drive Communication Guide》与《Function Guide》为准,给出 20 个参数组、676 个寄存器的完整 Modbus 地址映射(含位宽、CANopen 索引)。核心内容:官方地址规则 Hxx.yy → 0x[组]00 + 子号(十进制)、32 位 CDAB 字序、常用寄存器实测帧、H 参数⇄地址换算器与可编译 C 代码。本文同时修正了网络上广泛流传的一处错误:H05.30 的 Modbus 地址是 0x051E 而非 0x0530。

⚠️ 先读:与网络流传版本的差异(重要)

网上大量资料把 SV660 参数地址写成"Hxx.yy 直接拼十六进制"(如 H05.30 → 0x0530、H0d.20 → 0x0D20、H0C.26 → 0x0C26),并声称存在 0x2000/0x3000"通信映射区"。经官方手册逐条核对:SV660P 的组号是十六进制、子号是十进制,Modbus 地址 = 0x[组号]00 + 子号十进制,例如 H05.30 → 0x051E;且官方 Modbus 体系只有 H 参数区,没有独立的 0x2000/0x3000 通信映射区(0x3000 恰好是 H30.00 伺服状态字的地址)。用 0x0530 写"设原点"实际写入的是 H05.48(绝对位置偏移),不会触发回零。

1. SV660P Modbus 地址体系(官方)

SV660P 的 RS485 口支持 Modbus RTU / CANopen / CANlink 三协议。Modbus 保持寄存器地址只有一个域:H 功能参数区,规则如下(官方手册原文示例):

命名提示:组号恒为十六进制(H0b、H0C、H0d、H11、H31 中带 A~F 的字母即十六进制组号);子号恒为十进制(00~99 连续编号,无字母)。"H11.0C"与"H11.12"是同一参数(0C 是 12 的十六进制写法),Modbus 地址均为 0x110C。上一版问答中"30 是十进制还是十六进制"的结论应更正为:子号 30 是十进制,Modbus 低字节按 0x1E 计算。

2. 接线与通信参数(H0C 组全表)

RS485 走 CN3/CN4 网口(T568B):4=蓝(485A+)、5=蓝白(485B−),屏蔽层接 PE。通信参数全部在 H0C 组(15 项,官方全表):

修改 H0C.00/01/02 后重新上电生效。32 位数据字序由 H0C.26 决定,改字序后所有 32 位帧都要变。

3. 核心寄存器速查(实测帧,CRC 可直接发送)

4. 帧格式、CRC16 与错误码(官方)

功能码:03 读 16/32 位、06 写 16 位、10(0x10) 写 32 位。不要用 06 写 32 位参数、不要用 10 写 16 位参数(官方警告:会导致意外错误)。

CRC16:多项式 X16+X15+X2+1(0xA001),初值 0xFFFF,低字节在前发送。异常响应:功能码最高位置 1(如 0x83/0x86/0x90),后跟错误码:01 非法功能、02 非法数据地址、03 非法数据、04 从站故障(H0C.14 可读最近错误码)。
